Brandon Smith founded iRent Greenville Property Management in 2008 with the premise that property owners and renters deserved personal, prompt and professional service. Our mission as a property management company is to help owners of residential rental property maximize the return on their investment by placing qualified tenants and maintaining quality property.
It’s all too common to talk with property owners who have used other real estate management companies, only to be disappointed. In residential property management, we believe quality is more important than quantity. Some management companies will toute the number of properties they manage, but we prefer to toute the level of service we provide.
